Walking Beam Conveyors
Walking beam conveyors offer a sturdy, durable means of conveying large/heavy product. This advantage allows positioning stationary and moving beams to orient an irregular shaped part for processing in tandem with dedicated spray nozzles and blow-offs. Other advantages include walking beam machines which hold castings at an incline to promote flushing and drainage of internal ports and cavities. Our Auto-RolrM system will oscillate the part 1800 in one or more stations for excellent cleaning and drying, inside and out.
Belt Conveyors
Versatile belt conveyors handle product directly on the belt or in baskets. Ideal for removing oil & chips, and necessary for manufacturing. Leak proof, large tank, maintenance free.
Special conveyor speeds and process times can easily be designed into the machine to match cleaning chemical requirements. Fixtures can be mounted on the belt for part orientation and robotic load/unload.
Cabinet Washers

This solution is safer than solvent-based systems because the risk of the cleaning solution catching fire is eliminated.
