GS-6046 Sonicor ultrasonic machine with rinse and dry

Chemistry/Solutions Used

OCS Ultrasonic Cleaner at a 10:1 ratio heated to 150°f

RO water heated to 160°f

 

Tests

Inspect under black light for oil. Cleaned ultrasonically for  minutes then  rinsed for 2 minutes. Then dried wit hot radiant heat with air blow off for 2 minutes.

Then inspected again under black light and parts appeared to be oil and chip free.
