Parts were tested on conveyor system, and were preceded by black light inspection, and checked at proper cleaning intervals.  16 tests were completed.  Ultrasonics with sweep generator can cleans these parts from start to finish.  If a programmable transport wer used, handling would be at a minimum and those parts that are seemingly affected by rinsing can easily be avoided unlike a conveyor spray system.
